Wish List

There are somethings we regularly donate to schools or use with the children we work with. If you’d like to gift us anything, the following items are particularly helpful and can be sent to or dropped off at our office (MentorED, Hancock Community House, 77-85 King Street, Palmerston North). Thank you!

  • Felt tip pens

    We use these with kids we work with during our mentoring sessions

  • Camp gear

    We give good quality school camp items to schools for children who may not be able to get their own or attend camps because they haven’t got the gear. This includes: sleeping bags, day packs/backpacks, sports bags/duffel bags, warm jackets, rain jackets.

  • Small bookshelves

    Used for our free book shelves at schools we use 3 tier small bookshelves like the one pictured

  • Reading books

    We use donated (primary and intermediate age) books to fill the bookshelves we have at schools

  • Specific books

    We often use books about emotions and other specific topics related to the experiences of the children we work with. Here is an example list of books we would like: Child Mind Book List
